Cancellation Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings made for Eric Collier Music & No PROMISES. Performance requirements: Provision of space of 2m by 2m for Eric or 2m by 3m for No PROMISES. Access to the venue 1 hour prior to commencement of performance. Access to a minimum of one electrical outlet 9 x 600ml of bottled water to be provided during performance. It is the responsibility of the client to provide any necessary information relating to access to venue, ie keys, passcodes, parking, stairs etc. Confirmation of final performance arrangements will be communicated from Eric Collier Music 72 hrs prior. Booking conditions Payment is for 3x45min sets over the course of 3 hours, with two 20-30min breaks. The client is responsible for the event running order, if other event activities reduce the performing time of Eric Collier or No PROMISES within the 3 hour booking, an extension of performing time may negotiated but NOT guaranteed. Pricing is inclusive of GST Deposit is $250 for Eric or $400 for No PROMISES, payable via the website booking process. Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of deposit. Final payment is to be received by Eric Collier 24hours PRIOR to performance. Deposit will be refunded in full with no less than 30 days notice of cancellation, no less than 15 days notice will result in 50% refund. Under 15 days notice will result in no refund. In the event that Eric Collier cancels a performance all performance monies will be refunded. Eric Collier accepts no responsibility for indirect or direct loss resulting from the cancellation. Eric Collier does not permit use of equipment by client or third parties. All bookings and accounts are managed by Eric Collier, contact via admin@ericcollier.com.au. The client is liable for any damage incurred to equipment as a result of guests behaviour or faulty electrical supply. This excludes damage as a result of force majeure. Booking of a performance with Eric Collier or No PROMISES is deemed as acceptance to the above terms and conditions.
